from Verona Porta Nuova Railway Station:
Bus Number 73 (weekday daytime) or Number 96/97 (weekend) - get off at the terminus (Piazza Isolo)
Bus Number 91 (evening and weekend) - get off at the "Santa Maria in Organo" stop
Please note that from the bus stop, there is a 400-metre uphill walk to reach the property.
From Piazza Isolo, take Via Interrato dell'Acqua Morta, pass via Santa Chiara, and take Via S. Giovanni in Valle. After about 150 metres, turn left and immediately right (you will see the Church of S. Giovanni in Valle on your right). Continue on Via Fontana del Ferro for approximately 250 metres (Please note: after passing the church, do NOT turn left into Salita Fontana del Ferro, but continue straight ahead): Residenza Fontana del Ferro is located opposite the nursery school at number 30/B.
Please be aware that our street also hosts other B&Bs and a hostel. When checking in, please ensure you are at the property where you made your reservation.

From the A4 motorway, take the exit for Verona Sud.
Take Viale delle Nazioni towards the city centre, continue along Viale del Lavoro and Viale del Piave. After the railway underpass, at Piazzale Porta Nuova, turn right onto the first street (Via Franco Faccio). Continue straight on Via dell’Autiere and cross Ponte S. Francesco. Turn left onto Lungadige Galtarossa, continue straight along Lungadige Porta Vittoria and Lungadige Sammicheli until you reach Interrato dell’Acqua Morta and Piazza Isolo. Turn right onto the first street after the Church of Santa Maria in Organo, pass via Santa Chiara, and take Via S. Giovanni in Valle. After about 150 metres, turn left and immediately right (you will see the Church of S. Giovanni in Valle on your right). CANCELLATION POLICY AND PAYMENT METHODS for bookings made through the official website and email:
To confirm the reservation, advance payment is required via credit card or bank transfer. Booking directly through our website requires payment by credit card. For any other needs, please contact us in advance.
If the reservation is cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, no charge will be applied and any amount paid will be refunded. Cancellations made beyond this period or no-shows will be charged 100% of the entire reservation. Guests who depart early for any reason are liable for the full cost of the missed nights.
CHECK-IN TIMES:
Currently, we offer a self-check-in procedure for all our guests. Please provide us with your documents (one for each guest) and billing details in advance. You will receive a code with instructions to retrieve the keys and access your room independently. Please inform us of your expected arrival time so that we can prepare the rooms accordingly and check if it is possible for us to be present upon your arrival. Otherwise, you will find all the necessary information for your stay in the room and a privacy form to fill out and leave in the room.
LOCATION:
The city centre is a 10/15-minute walk away. Please note that on the way back, you will need to walk uphill for approximately 400 metres to return to the property. Further information is available on the "how to get here" page.
PETS:
We love animals and welcome them free of charge. Many of our guests stay with their dogs or cats. For the safety and respect of the animals, dogs must not be left unattended in the garden without supervision, and please do not leave them alone in the room for more than 2/3 hours. Please consider your love for pets before booking, as we also have two very affectionate dogs living with us (our dogs are not allowed in guest spaces but may be encountered in the garden).
MEALS:
The reservation price does not include any meals. In the rooms, we provide a kettle with a selection of teas and herbal infusions, coffee machine, mini-fridge, and everything necessary for a self-service breakfast. Additionally, guests have access to a corner with cold drinks, microwave, biscuits, and snacks.
CLEANING:
Daily cleaning is not provided. We are always available for breakfast supplies (new supplies are always available daily in the common areas), linen change, or any other needs. There is also a washing machine with a drying rack and iron available, along with some cleaning products you may need.
VERONA CITY TOURIST TAX:
The City of Verona applies a tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per night), not included in the room rate and payable in cash at check-in. All information is available on the City of Verona website.
NOTE FOR RETURNING GUESTS:
Since January 2018, the first floor has been closed. Therefore, buffet breakfast, common lounge, terrace, and kitchen facilities are no longer available.
