Immersed in the greenery of the Torricelle hills, Residenza Fontana del Ferro in Verona is located within walking distance from the historic centre, specifically 600 metres from the Roman Theatre and Ponte Pietra, 1.5 km from Piazza Erbe and Via Mazzini, and 2 km from Piazza Brà and the Arena. Our location is ideal because it is close enough to the centre to move around on foot, yet far enough away to ensure tranquillity.
The residence offers rooms equipped with all comforts such as air conditioning, bathroom, hairdryer, mini-fridge, kettle, free Wi-Fi, TV, private patio, small garden, self check-in and check-out, and furnished apartments. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary to prepare breakfast independently: kettle with a selection of teas and herbal teas, coffee machine, biscuits, and snacks.

We want our guests to feel as free and secure as they do at home, which is why our rooms are equipped with everything needed to prepare breakfast independently: kettle with a selection of teas and herbal infusions, coffee machine, biscuits, snacks, and more.
- FREE PARKING
We offer secure and complimentary parking within the garden. As spaces are limited, please inform us in advance if you require parking so that we can organise and accommodate all guests' vehicles.
- PETS​
We love animals and welcome them free of charge. Many of our guests stay with their dogs or cats. Please consider your love for pets before booking, as we also have two very friendly dogs living with us (our dogs are not allowed in guest spaces but may be encountered in the garden). For the safety and respect of the animals, please do not leave dogs unattended in the garden without supervision and avoid leaving them alone in the room for more than 2/3 hours.

In addition to a gazebo in the garden, each room features a private patio for you to relax and enjoy the garden.
- ROOM COMFORT AND AMENITIES
Your room includes numerous comforts: a kettle, coffee machine with pods, mini-fridge, air conditioning, hairdryer, satellite TV, and a selection of organic toiletries. Daily room cleaning is not provided, but we are always available to change towels or replenish products upon request.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND PAYMENT METHODS for bookings made through the official website and email:
To confirm the reservation, advance payment is required via credit card or bank transfer. Booking directly through our website requires payment by credit card. For any other needs, please contact us in advance.
If the reservation is cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, no charge will be applied and any amount paid will be refunded. Cancellations made beyond this period or no-shows will be charged 100% of the entire reservation. Guests who depart early for any reason are liable for the full cost of the missed nights.
CHECK-IN TIMES:
Currently, we offer a self-check-in procedure for all our guests. Please provide us with your documents (one for each guest) and billing details in advance. You will receive a code with instructions to retrieve the keys and access your room independently. Please inform us of your expected arrival time so that we can prepare the rooms accordingly and check if it is possible for us to be present upon your arrival. Otherwise, you will find all the necessary information for your stay in the room and a privacy form to fill out and leave in the room.
LOCATION:
The city centre is a 10/15-minute walk away. Please note that on the way back, you will need to walk uphill for approximately 400 metres to return to the property. Further information is available on the "how to get here" page.
PETS:

MEALS:
The reservation price does not include any meals. In the rooms, we provide a kettle with a selection of teas and herbal infusions, coffee machine, mini-fridge, and everything necessary for a self-service breakfast. Additionally, guests have access to a corner with cold drinks, microwave, biscuits, and snacks.
CLEANING:
Daily cleaning is not provided. We are always available for breakfast supplies (new supplies are always available daily in the common areas), linen change, or any other needs. There is also a washing machine with a drying rack and iron available, along with some cleaning products you may need.
VERONA CITY TOURIST TAX:
The City of Verona applies a tourist tax (3.50 euros per person per night), not included in the room rate and payable in cash at check-in. All information is available on the City of Verona website.
NOTE FOR RETURNING GUESTS:
Since January 2018, the first floor has been closed. Therefore, buffet breakfast, common lounge, terrace, and kitchen facilities are no longer available.
